Can you believe it!
In order to get justice, Judge Day has filed a petition with the United States Supreme Court. Who would’ve ever thought that the simple issue of “liberty of conscience” would get so twisted in the vicious politics of today’s battle over who controls the definition of marriage.
Although Judge Day may have thought that the Oregon Supreme Court would take up his constitutional arguments, the rest of us on his team here at DefendJudgeDay.com did not think so. Unfortunately, we were right. The Oregon Supreme Court created a false narrative, based on partial information, and then used that to determine that Judge Day was not “honest” about being shoved on a soccer field. Really?? Come on Oregon Supreme Court – stop using cheap legal tricks and address the real issues!!
If they really looked at the evidence they would’ve seen that Judge Day told the truth. Nevertheless, they decided he wasn’t honest and then use that as the initial “domino” so that every time Judge Day’s credibility was attacked by the Commission, the Oregon Supreme Court would point back and say “well he wasn’t honest when he got shoved, so he’s probably not being honest now.“ Boom, another domino falls based on a false narrative.
Don’t forget, that this is the only case that anybody can find in the history of Oregon jurisprudence where the Oregon Supreme Court publicly decided where a person was credible – only 30 days before that same person was going to go to trial on criminal charges – where their credibility was going to be an issue!! Talk about trying to influence the jury!
So, Judge Day and his legal team had no choice but to seek redress in the United States Supreme Court.

Judge Day still faces a criminal trial on false allegations. His trial is scheduled for October 22 through early November in Multnomah County (Portland, Oregon).
